The Heat Injector is available in a range of configurations, applications, and BTU output sizes – all with the same benefits. The Heat Injector is designed to optimize energy use of both natural gas and electricity to create a savings during every hour of operation as compared to other systems.

  • Why is the heat injector different? (patent 7,360,534)
  • Unique Feature – The Externally mounted Burner for direct gas-fired heat with dedicated Combustion Blower. Energy Savings from reduced static load on the Burner to produce reductions by up to 30% in the electrical consumption of the main blower.
  • Unique Feature – The air volume and velocity can vary without affecting the high efficiency combustion. The Energy Savings comes from using the Heat Injector where there is an option to vary the airflow. Any reduction in the volume of air that needs to be processed produces a direct savings in Energy.

  • Intermittent spark ignition through prewired ignition transformer
  • Electronic flame relay with UV sensor and low fire start interlock
  • Modulating actuator to drive gas valve
